It began with a simple but radical idea: young people can lead now. Ctrl Alt Evolve brought together over 2,500 dreamers and doers to reset old patterns and embrace purpose. That spark lit the fire that became NovaTribe.
Step 2: Gathering Momentum
Our first gathering proved that this vision was bigger than an event. What started as one day of inspiration became the launch of an ongoing tribe, where mentorship, collaboration, and growth continue beyond the room.

Out of that first spark, NovaTribe emerged as more than a program. It became a committed movement with a clear mission: to empower under-30 leaders with mentorship, education, and community so they can create wealth, impact, and legacy.
